My child has permission to participate in Pacesetter camps with the understanding that neither the facility host nor Pacesetter Sports will be held liable for any injury or illness incurred at the camp. I also understand that any photos taken may be used for promotional use by Pacesetter. I also understand that the mailing and email address provided may be used by Pacesetter to send information to our family.

REFUND POLICY:  If a player cancels more than two weeks prior to the event, a registration fee of $20 and the jersey fee of $50 will be non-refundable.  The rest of the fees will be refunded.  If a player cancels less than two weeks prior to the event, all costs are non-refundable.  Orders for meals and jerseys will have been placed, the player will be included in the Player Profiles, and the time will have been spent placing the player on lists and on teams. Injured players may remain on a team and participate in every other way.
