Example: Paynesville-Girls. The email address you enter will be the person who will receive updates of players who have filled out waivers. For team captain, please put coach's name.

REFUND POLICY: If a team needs to cancel and a replacement team can be found, a refund minus a $20 registration fee will be provided. If no replacement team can be found, no refund will be provided. If Pacesetter cancels the tournament, a 100% refund will be provided.
