REFUND POLICY: If a tournament is not full, Pacesetter will issue a refund if our office is notified at least one week prior to the event.  (A $20 registration fee will be withheld) If the tournament is full, no refund will be provided unless a replacement team can be found. If the state cancels the event, a refund minus a $10 registration fee will be provided. In the rare event Pacesetter would cancel the tournament, all entry fees would be refunded 100%.

My child has permission to participate in this Pacesetter event with the understanding that neither the facility host nor Pacesetter Sports will be held liable for any injury or illness incurred at the event. I also understand that any photos taken may be used for promotional use by Pacesetter. I also understand that the mailing and email address provided may be used by Pacesetter to send information to our family.
